By using this website or engaging NovaDigital360 for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Each project is governed by a written proposal or agreement describing scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Payments

Fees are payable per the milestones in your proposal. Work on a milestone may pause if an invoice is overdue.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the custom source code and design files created for you transfers to you. Third-party libraries, frameworks and services remain subject to their own licences.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content, approvals and account access (for example app store, hosting or broker accounts) in good time, and for ensuring that content you supply is lawful.

Trading software

Trading bots and algorithmic tools are built to your specification. We do not provide investment advice, and we make no representation about trading results. Trading involves risk of loss, and you are solely responsible for trading decisions and for complying with the rules of your broker, exchange and regulator.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
